Enjoy the dunes of Hoek van Holland
Welcome to Stuifkenszand – a beautiful stay in a unique location, right on the stunning white dunes of Hoek van Holland. From your apartment, you can walk straight to the beach. The village center is approximately 2.5 kilometers away and easily accessible by bike or car.
The apartments are well-maintained, reasonably priced, and fully equipped with an open-plan kitchen, shower, and TV. The outdoor terrace is furnished with garden chairs and offers a beautiful view of the dunes.
All apartments have access to the outdoor terrace. Half of the apartments overlook the Hoek van Holland dunes, and the other half overlook the campsite. You can also use the free garden furniture on the terrace.
Everything within reach
A supermarket and a snack bar are within walking distance. The center of Hoek van Holland is only 2.5 km away. Bicycles can be stored in our bicycle shed. Charging e-bike batteries is possible in your apartment.
The reception
Our staff are always present in/or around the complex, but not continuously at the reception.
Service Updates and Price Adjustments
We are constantly working on improving the quality of our guests’ stay and the development of our hotel.
Due to the complete renovation of part of the rooms on the side facing the sea, a full capital renovation of these apartments has been carried out. The entire interior has been updated, all furniture has been completely replaced, and the layout of the space has been improved in order to ensure an even higher level of comfort and a modern standard of accommodation.
At the moment we are also working on guest privacy and are starting to install partitions between rooms, which increases comfort and provides an even greater feeling of privacy for our guests. We continue to pay special attention to the improvement of the entire hotel.
It should also be noted that one of the factors of price adjustment is the significant increase of VAT from 9% to 21%. This has significantly affected the overall operational costs of the hotel. We would like to emphasize that we in no way aim to increase prices unnecessarily, as we sincerely value our regular guests and their trust. However, due to objective changes in the tax and operational environment, we were forced to take these factors into account when adjusting the cost of certain services.
Due to these improvements, as well as the increase in operational costs, an adjustment of the prices of certain additional services has been made.
We always pay special attention to guests with pets. For a long time, the price of this service remained deliberately lower, as we sincerely welcome guests with animals. At the same time, staying with pets requires significantly more attention to cleanliness and thorough preparation of rooms for the next guests, including additional cleaning and treatment of the premises. For this reason, we were forced to revise the cost of this service in order to continue maintaining high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
